hi all,
i've a sv8100 system running smoothly for voip behind a tp-link archer d9 modem/router at default settings. also works fine behind an old netgear dg834
have recently changed the modem/router to a draytek 2762 and the pbx has a one-way audio problem. have tried forwarding ports, made the ip of the sv8100 a dmz in the router, have tried enabling and disabling alg in the router. now draytek engineers are involved in helping but i figured i should throw it out to those in the know about whether this is a known problem with draytek and the sv8100??

I've had no issues with Drayteks but not sure what models we have been supplying. I will check on Monday and post back. What sip service are you running? Is the IP address range different and if so have you changed the address of the DSPs in Cmd 84 as this will cause one way speech issues.

been using simtex. the ip addressing has been setup to be the same in the draytek as the working configuration with the tp-link modem and the netgear modem.
