lets try this again... last post seemd to get eaten up when trying to post...

anyone recommend an all-in-one dslam unit with pots passthrough? Looking at about 192 ports.
adsl2 is fine, as it will be far better than existing wimax, place is 12yo and they have expanded and wimax is no longer reliable, voice is serviced by copper lines from idf's to cabins, no physical link to outside world, voice and data is brought in by microwave

I'm hoping I dont have to build them an ISP system  dslam/separate radius/lt2p and so on if i can avoid of it 😉

I thought netcomm did a dslam with a package that has all the auth/ip assignments and so on, but I cant find that info and it was many years ago when I did read something about it.

cheers

Not sure but I have a friend who has one in his garage that he picked up second hand and has never been able to move on, would you like me to get details for you?

If you wouldn't mind asking him for model number and brand that would be great, thanks.

I asked and apparently it is an Alcatel with a 120 user capacity and redundant PSU. I will call round there tonight to get more info.
